Terms of Service

1. General Terms:
_{● Clients are expected to write in a clear and polite manner
● I have the right to reject any order for any reason
● Prices are subject to change. Clients who are already queued will not be affected by price changes
● I refuse to take orders for artwork that contains offensive or harmful imagery. This includes, but is not limited to, Ree and Derp faces
● My work will not be used to train AI or for the purposes of creating NFTs in any present or future projects in any capacity}2. Payment:
_{● Commissions are paid through either Ko-Fi or VGen only}3. Process:
_{● The artist will inform the client before starting if there is a queue and their position in it
● The client must give a clear idea of the work they want done before payment is made. Any time consuming changes made after payment is sent may have an additional cost applied
● Work will begin when at least 50% of payment is received and, if the client is in a queue, when they are at the top
● WIPs will be sent to the client after each phase of work. These include sketch, line art, flat colors, and shading (if desired)}4. Delivery:
_{● Clients will receive their work once the invoice has been paid in full
● Work will be sent in the sizes listed in the price chart
● If additional sizes are needed the client must make them known BEFORE work has started on the commission
● Clients will receive their work as .PNGs in a .Zip file via Ko-Fi or VGen}5. Revisions:
_{● Revisions after the final files are sent may have an additional cost applied}6. Copyright and Usage:I, the artist:
_{● I do NOT claim the intellectual property of the work
● I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client breaks any of the terms
● I reserve the right to use the commission work to promote myself. This includes posting the work online}You, the client:_{● You may upload the commission artwork to any website and social channels
● You may NOT alter the artwork without my consent
● You may create merch from the artwork specifically designed as merch
● You retain the rights to the intellectual property
● You may NOT resell the artwork}The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
_{● Taking credit for the artwork
● Altering the artwork without my consent}7. Canceling and Refund Policy:
_{● I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund a commission at any time for any reason
● The client may only request a cancellation and refund during the sketch phase
● If a cancellation and refund is requested, the artist will refund 50% of what has been paid up until that point.
● If a cancellation and refund is requested, the client loses all rights to any work that was made during the agreement
● 100% refunds will not be made once work has been started unless I cancel the commission
● If payment has not been sent the client has the right to cancel the commission with no additional fees incurred
● If a chargeback is filed against me the client will lose all previously stated rights to the work and I will have the full right to further profit from the work in any way. The chargeback will be declined and Ko-Fi or VGen will be notified of our conversations as evidence of our agreement. Furthermore, the client will be forbidden from commissioning me again}
